Elegant Organza Pleated Waist Ruffle Midi Dress

I wanted this for a rehearsal dinner, but the fit was off on me. The dress itself is lovely, organza is soft, the pleated waist is very flattering, and the ruffles aren't overdone. I'm petite with a short torso, and the midi length hit awkwardly below my calves. The small fit my waist but was tight across the ribcage, so I exchanged for a medium. Customer service was easy, and the replacement shipped quickly. The medium gave me more room, though I still need heels. Color is a rich navy, not faded. It's a nice special-occasion dress if you're okay with the length. I'd recommend checking the size chart and maybe sizing up if busty.
