Elegant Halter Neck Fringe Maxi Dress

I was nervous ordering a dress online without trying it on, but this one worked out great. The halter ties are adjustable so I could tighten it, and the fringe actually moves nicely instead of looking stiff or cheap. I'm 5'6" and around 140 lbs, got a medium, and it hit just above my ankles with sandals. Fabric has a bit of stretch so I could eat and dance without feeling stuffed in. Got compliments all night. Only thing, the fringe needed a quick steam out of the bag. Would definitely buy again in another color.

Bought this for a trip to Mexico and ended up wearing it twice in one week. The fringe detail is the whole reason I picked it, and it looks even better in person, sort of a boho vibe but still dressy enough for a nice restaurant. The halter neck stayed secure even when I was walking around a lot. Sizing felt true, I went with my usual small. Shipping was quicker than the estimate, maybe four days. My one complaint is it's hand wash only, which is annoying when you're traveling. Still, for the price I'm happy with it and already looking at the black one.

I wore it to a rooftop dinner and felt put together without trying too hard. It does run a little long on me since I'm 5'2", but with heels it's fine. Took about a week to arrive and came folded pretty tightly, so expect some wrinkles. Still a solid buy for the price.

Fit-wise it's true to size, though the bust area was a touch loose on me so I had to adjust the ties a lot. My main issue is that the fringe sheds. I found little strands on my car seat and on the floor after the first wear. It calmed down after a wash, but still. Color was exactly like the photos, and it arrived on time. Good dress, just be ready to lint roll.
