Elegant Ruffle Cape Sleeve Slit Maxi Dress

The dress looks gorgeous in person, even more so than the photos. The slit is in a really flattering spot and the ruffles add a lot of movement. I’m a bit taller, so it hit just above my ankles instead of my heels. The quality is solid for the price, but the shoulder seams felt a little tight when I raised my arms. Overall, I’d still buy it again.
