Perfect for holiday party photos

Bought this for my company's holiday party and it was a hit. The velvet has a nice weight and doesn't cling to tights. Feather trim around the neckline is soft, not scratchy. I'm usually a medium, got a medium, and it fit well through the hips. Length is midi on my 5 foot 7 frame, just below knees. The back slit makes walking easy. Shipping was quick, arrived two days early. I did have to steam it, but that's normal for velvet. Got lots of compliments and felt comfortable all night. Definitely a keeper for winter events.

Gorgeous velvet, feathers stayed put

I wore this to a winter wedding and got so many compliments. The velvet is thick and soft, not cheap or shiny. Feather trim is subtle but makes it feel special. I'm 5 foot 4, 135 lbs, ordered a small and it hit mid-calf. It hugged my waist without being tight, though the shoulders were a bit loose. Shipping was fast, arrived in three days. Only thing is it needs a steamy shower to release wrinkles. For the price, honestly impressed. Would wear again for a holiday party.

Beautiful but sleeves run long

The dress looks exactly like the photos, deep burgundy velvet with delicate ostrich feather cuffs. I wore it for date night and felt very elegant. Fit is true to size in the body, but the sleeves are quite long on me (I'm 5 foot 2). I had to cuff them once, which hid some of the feather detail. Quality is good for the price, though a couple of feathers shed when I first unpacked it. Shipping took about a week, standard. The zipper is a bit stiff but works. Overall happy, just wish petite sizing was offered.

Lovely dress, feathers need care

I ordered this for a formal anniversary dinner. The velvet is rich and the color is a beautiful emerald green. Fit was mostly good, though the bust was slightly tight for my 34DD, so I sized up to a large. The feather trim is definitely the standout, but it's fragile. One feather fell off while I was getting ready, so I'd recommend handling it gently. Shipping was okay, took five days. The dress got lots of attention and photos turned out great. It's not an everyday piece, but for special occasions it's worth it.
